We are so excited to be joining the PARMA recordings family. An innovative label, with big dreams, philanthropic initiatives, ingenuity and a kindness in their approach of new artists like us. The feedback we got from them was very encouraging and so supportive of our vision and the way we play and view music. We are absolutely thrilled to be starting this journey with PARMA recordings.
We look forward to being on PARMA's Ravello Records label, a more 'outside the box' label and sharing the virtual strage with so many artists who, like us, revel in exploring and experiencing music in new ways.
The CEO of PARMA, Bob Lord, talks about the way in which artists like us invest in marketing and promoting our music:
...my advice is to remember that it’s not solely a matter of paying or not paying, getting paid or not getting paid, because pay we do for our art, be it with money, time, sweat, effort, creativity, relationships, opportunities, regrets, guilt, frustration, you name it. It’s simply a matter of the cost and the form it takes. “Return on investment” can take on an infinite number of meanings and metrics depending on what you want and what you value – the key is knowing what those things mean to you.
... Virtually everyone who works for PARMA is an artist, we have lived it, we have gone through it, we have endured it – we know what it is like to be a creative, and this type of artistic empathy permeates everything we do. We love it, or else we wouldn’t do it.
