Once a year, and in particular this year, we dress-up and just have fun playing through Christmas Music. All those familiar tunes sound so peaceful and gentle through the Winter air... It used to be hectic, exhausting and wonderful all wrapped up in one word: Christmas!
Sarah was usually found running around trying to perform in more concerts than was humanly possible, conduct two concerts a day, play the flute and teach holding a cup of tea, an exam form and carrying three bags full of instruments, music and choir scores. Not this year...We used to be busy this time of year!
Well, this year is different and we've embraced its differences. We are rolling with the punches. We are ready to celebrate Christmas with Livestream 7 Tuesday Live at 12:45.
We end our 2020 year with a rendition of three Christmas Classics: 'God rest you Merry Gentlemen' (Jazz) 'What child is this?' (trad) 'Silent Night' (Jazz). All music arranged for Flute and Piano by Chris Lawry, Keri Degg and Fabrizio Ferrari.
